Potential is hopeful. Our expectations of others are constantly not reached. Charles Hamilton, one of the rising names in underground hip hop only a couple years ago, when featured on the XXL Freshman list, is a sad example of this fact. He completely fell off track for a couple years. With the announcement of a new project coming out July 7th, Ill Doesn’t Meen Classic, we can only hope that he’s escaped his drug induced hiatus to return to the great rap music he once impressed us with.
