This is the reason I put my time into Fab4. Today I discovered Noah Caine, the latest rapper to emerge out of the New York City borough of Queens. Caine makes a stellar first impression with this new visual in which he takes us through his inner city upbringing. In a beautifully directed video (Sean Phazes of A Common Good Films) the emcee recalls struggles in his tough past.
