An Introduction to Project 30
It all starts as a dream. Every musician, entrepreneur, athlete, actor, or anyone chasing success can relate to that. Project 30 is a wonderful example of a creative journey to achieve a dream. Telos Studio, based in Eugene, Oregon, is joining forces with local artists, such as rapper Tyree Harris, to create an “interactive, rock hop experience.” In just a months span, musicians, photographers and a strong team of young, driven people will document the tough but rewarding experience of a create a 10 track long album.
As they put it, “This is an organic, new model for music production — pioneered in the streets of Eugene, Ore. It’s an opportunity for young artists and entrepreneurs to work towards a common goal, setting an definitive musical standard. This project isn’t just another lo-fi mixtape or demo made in your neighbor’s basement. This project is a polished, dynamic piece of art the community can watch develop, realizing the vision of Eugene’s young talent. “
