Sol – “Old Him”

One of my personal favorite artists, Sol, is as down to earth as hip hop artists come. The Seattle representative has been on an international study tour for the past few months, granted to him by his alma mater University of Washington. “Old Him” is the first song he’s created alongside the Zillas, Elan Wright and Nima Skeemz, who produced the reflective, thoughtful and laid back record. 8,000 miles away from his home, the track was written and produced while Sol was sick from food poisoning in India. Enjoy and appreciate his uniqueness.
